Family Program

We recognise that addiction impacts not only the individual, but also the wider family system. The Family Program offers a supportive space for families to gain understanding, connection, and practical tools to help navigate the road ahead. This 4-week psycho-educational program combines recovery-focused education, guided discussion, and practical strategies to support emotional wellbeing, communication, boundaries, self-care, and healthier family dynamics.  The program is free for the full 4-week program, held weekly at the rehab on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm–9pm.
